What payment methods do you accept?


We use PayFast, a payments processing service for South Africans and South African websites. They enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money from online buyers to sellers. Payfast process credit cards from anywhere in the world, Instant EFT (bank transfers with SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified), Bitcoin and more.

Is it safe to shop online?

We have a Domain Validation SSL certificate on this website. It has been created by our trusted hosting company Shopify.  SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is an encryption technology that creates an encrypted connection between the web server and the visitor’s web browser so that confidential information can be transferred. A SSL certificate is a form of validation that is installed on the webserver.

So what does this mean?

Basically, it means making payments on inspiredchange.co are perfectly safe.
There should be a padlock icon in the top left corner of the browser address bar. If you see that, then you’re all good to go and can transact safely and securely.

When will I receive my order?

Once you have paid for your order, it will be dispatched after 1 – 3 days. Once with the courier, you should receive your package anywhere from 1 – 10 working days, dependant on shipping destination.

Why do I have to pay for shipping? Why isn’t it free?

We would rather add an extra charge in order to use a good courier company with reliable service, that way you get your package delivered straight to your door – no mess no fuss.

One of the items that I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do now?

Damages happen. We personally check that everything sent to our customers is of the best quality and package our products to prevent damage, but sometimes your package can get damaged in transit.  Please let us know and send us photos of the damage to hello@inspiredchange.co and we can assess what the problem is and how to deal with it.

I’m not happy with something I bought and I want to return it to you – can I do this?

Please send us an e-mail on hello@inspiredchange.co and let us know your concerns. We will be happy to return and refund/replace if your product just isn’t what you thought it was going to be. Returns are done on your own cost and the goods need to be packaged appropriately (i.e. bubblewrap and protective envelope). If we receive a damaged product (that left your hands undamaged) we unfortunately cannot refund you. Once we receive your package we will refund you with pleasure.

Can I buy something from your website and send it to a friend as a gift?

Absolutely! We are more than happy to send your package to your friend.  We can even write a little note for you on the Thank You card that will be included in your order or you can purchase a notecard from our site (under the “Sending a Gift?” tab) and we can write your note on that for you if you’d like. Please write your note in the “Special Instructions” section at checkout.

Can I blog about your products or collaborate with you to do a giveaway?

Collaboration always trumps competition, so absolutely YES!  We would love that.
